Lena’s Wood-fired Pizza & Tap is a neighborhood gem, located central to Old Town and Del Ray. Lena’s provides a comfortable and inviting modern space with warm wood, exposed brick, and rich red accents throughout on the interior, as well as a cozy patio with a fire pit on the outdoor patio. With authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, hearty Italian dishes, and a great selection of beers, wine, & cocktails, Lena’s is an ideal venue for a variety of private events – from cocktail receptions to plated, family-style or buffet dinners. 

Event Space

Lena’s offers large party reservations in the dining room for groups up to 40, cocktail party gatherings at the high tops for up to 30, as well as private restaurant buyouts for up to 100 guests.

Settled in a cozy niche of the dining room, this area provides a nice spot where large groups can gather and dine together.

Spanning the length of the bar and accented with oversized teardrop pendant lights, Lena’s two large communal-style tables are an ideal spot for large families or groups of friends to gather for a meal, as well as a great spot for guests to perch and mingle around during a cocktail reception.

Full Restaurant Buyout (private)

The dining room and bar areas at Lena’s feature high ceilings and a handsome combination of wood, brick and metal, and offers a variety of high and low table seating. The large bar features a unique, ceiling-suspended beer tap system, tvs, and the crown jewel of the restaurant, the modern wood fired pizza oven, which produces our delicious pizzas. The ‘garden’ plaza patio outside is a fitting extension of the dining room, with greenery, umbrella tables, heated pavers and a fire pit, an ideal spot to cozy up to with a glass of red wine and hot dish in the cooler months, or enjoy the warmth of the sun with a cold beer in the summer!

Corporate Executive Chef Graham Duncan and Executive Chef Aldo Avilez artfully crafted Lena’s menu, featuring authentic Italian dishes and Neapolitan pizzas straight from our wood-burning oven. The pizza dough is made using the finest double zero flour and pure spring water; the toppings are the finest available anywhere. Event menu options include hearty appetizers, multi-course prix fixe menus, and delicious buffets.
